Treat all community members with kindness and respect.
  • Use respectful language in all communications
  • Respect different opinions and perspectives
  • No harassment, bullying, or discrimination
  • Be supportive of other fundraisers when appropriate
Follow Legal Requirements
Ensure your campaign complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Only fundraise for legal purposes
  • Comply with local fundraising regulations
  • Respect intellectual property rights
  • Follow tax reporting requirements
Maintain Privacy
Protect your privacy and respect the privacy of others.
  • Don't share personal information of others without consent
  • Be cautious about sharing sensitive personal details
  • Respect donor privacy preferences
  • Report privacy violations to our team
Prohibited Content
The following types of content are not allowed on our platform:
Fraudulent or misleading campaigns
Hate speech or discriminatory content
Harassment or bullying
Illegal activities or products
Adult content or services
Gambling or lottery schemes
Multi-level marketing schemes
Political campaigns (unless pre-approved)
Campaigns that violate intellectual property
Medical treatments not approved by authorities
Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates our community guidelines, please report it immediately. We take all reports seriously and investigate them promptly.

Consequences of Violations
We enforce our guidelines fairly and consistently. Consequences depend on the severity and frequency of violations.
Warning

First-time minor violations receive a warning and guidance

Campaign Suspension

Serious violations may result in campaign suspension

Account Suspension

Repeated or severe violations may result in account suspension

Permanent Ban

Extreme violations result in permanent removal from the platform
